The Reinbold RHZ series now incorporates even more refined details: three infeed rollers and special rails improves material infeed and makes loading the machine easier.
For shredding long and short timber, chipboard, packages and stripes, horizontal shredder series RHZ plus are used. Because auf the special link chain feeder the materials can also be supplied to the rotor in packets. Through a vibrating trough which has the same width as the horizontal shredder, the material to be crushed is offered and fed to the rotor. The material stack is captured by the chain belts, compressed and then fed to the rotor. The feed is load-based controlled. For higher throughput a rotor model with 482 mm diameter is available.

The highly efficient scissors cut of the concave ground circular cuttingheads provide a very high work rate with very little effort. The knife holders are welded or mounted on the rotor and the round knives can be turned up to 8 times with just a few adjustments before having to be exchanged completely. The use of various types of knives enables jobrelated adjustment of the shredder to the material being processed.*New at Reinbold: The outer broaching knife, are replaced by the circular knife V8. This promotes a uniform crushing of materials over the entire length of the rotor.
